At CIRCABC (EU Advance Cargo Information System) in the public access folder: TAPAS

ICS2 AS4 Sealing & Signing Certificates, Economic Operators will find the Conformity Certificate: (new2026_CONF_TAPAS_ICS2_AS4_Signing.zip) available for download to their trust store until the end of May. The leaf certificate will be replaced by TAPAS, keeping the certificate of origin and the intermediate certificate unchanged, as communicated by Portuguese Tax and Customs Authority #AT:
