Considering the scope of the Consumer Court in Portugal

The client can turn to one of the entities indicated by the Directorate-General for the Consumer for Alternative Dispute Resolution of Consumer Conflicts (ADR) communicated previously to the European Commission, under the terms of Decree-Law No. 102/2017, of August 23, and that are published at: RAL - Mapa | Direção-Geral Consumidor.
